this morning i was thinking about this quote and how that perspective can establish a culture of refinement, and not one of perfection or fear of failure. Disciplines founded on learning - not knowledge - such as UX, analytics, will thrive in a corporate culture that’s dedicated to improvement.

As purveyors and ambassadors of this concept, it’s our responsibility to communicate our intent to test, iterate, and test throughout the life of the project and to do what we can to inspire such expectations in the larger corporate environment.
